Talk to our team today about how our new staging facility and Ready to Go services can deliver devices that are prepared, personalised, and shipped at scale, without losing the human touch.

At Next Technologies, we’ve never seen staging as just plugging in and boxing up devices. For us, it’s about delivering experiences that matter to the people who open the box.
That philosophy has driven the launch of our new Sydney staging facility, designed to prepare, personalise, and ship over 500 devices every day. It’s not just about scale, it’s about scaling personalisation.
More than “out of the box”
When a student receives their new school laptop, or a new staff member unboxes their work device on day one, it’s more than a tool, it’s their first impression. Our Ready to Go services make sure that moment sets them up for success.
Every device can be:
-
Personalised with custom skins, labels, or even a school crest
-
Configured with apps, profiles, and security through Autopilot, Jamf, SCCM, WDS, and more
-
Organised with custom boxing and welcome material
-
Delighted with “spark joy” extras — from branded accessories to thoughtful touches like a welcome card or even lollies
A story of growth
Just three and a half years ago, our staging setup was a single shelf with 10 slots. Then we built a facility that could manage 120 devices a day, serving growing schools and mid-sized rollouts.
Now, our new Sydney facility takes us to the next level: 500 devices every day, or 2,500 device a week. That means we can deliver national projects with ease, while keeping the personal touch intact.
Our first project through the new facility? 700+ devices staged, personalised, and shipped in just two days. Each one asset-tagged, personalised, boxed, and prepared with care.
Why it matters for schools, enterprises, and NFPs
-
Schools: BYOD and 1:1 programs succeed when students feel ownership of their device. From branded skins to pre-loaded apps and resources, we make sure that from day one, devices are ready for learning.
-
Enterprises and NFPs: Onboarding is smoother when a device feels like it was prepared just for the person receiving it. With buffer stock, swap-out pools, and direct-to-door shipping, employees and frontline workers can start work without delay .
-
IT leaders: Our scale ensures confidence. Our creativity ensures connection. Together, they deliver rollouts that work both technically and emotionally.
Beyond scale: personal at scale
This facility represents more than capacity. It’s the ability to deliver personalised, ready-to-go experiences at scale. It’s proof that device projects don’t need to feel like logistics headaches, they can feel like moments of connection.
Because in the end, it’s not just about the device.
It’s about the person opening it.

People before technology.
